Upper School Curriculum
Engaging Minds, Building Character
Oak Hall’s core curriculum ensures that all students gain the skills and knowledge developed within a traditional liberal arts program of study, which includes English, history, science, mathematics, foreign language and the arts. We concentrate on teaching students to use their minds creatively and well, and to master the basic skills of communication, computation, reasoning, and thinking.
Average class size of 13 helps ensure that the individual needs of students can be met. Beyond the core curriculum, Oak Hall offers significant elective opportunities to explore new areas while refining academic skills. Qualified upper school students are encouraged to enroll in Honors and Advanced Placement courses, and may also earn college credit through UF online, University of Florida's Online Program.
