Social and emotional learning does not start and stop in childhood. Our development continues throughout life and is something to always be mindful of. This site has some helpful posts and reminders that even as adults, we can find to be useful. I also liked this account because many of the skills, tools, and mindsets discussed are concepts I try to teach and instill in our students. Although the posts are targeted towards motherhood, I feel this applies to both parents. Both a mother and father have important roles and responsibilities that have an enormous impact on our children and their development. Here’s a few examples of some posts:
