Leadership Institute Case Study Competition

The OHS Leadership Institute Case Study Competition challenges students to apply their leadership skills and knowledge to a real-world problem. Participants will be provided a case study and will work in teams to develop solutions and present their ideas to a panel of judges. Students who successfully complete the event will receive 10 points toward their continued education requirement. The winning case study team will receive a cash prize.

Objectives:
•       Enhance leadership competencies such as teamwork, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
•       Apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
•       Receive feedback from experienced judges.

When: Monday, March 31, 2025
Start Time: Students should report to OHS at 7:15 AM
End Time: 2:30 PM from Santa Fe Blount Center Downtown Location; 3:00 PM from OHS

Dress Code: Business Professional
Transportation: OHS School Bus OR you may drive yourself with parent permission. All students should still meet at OHS no later than 7:15 AM.

Additional Event Details:
•       Please arrive at school no later than 7:15 AM, reporting to the Cofrin Theater
•       A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. If you have dietary restrictions, please notify Jaime Gresley at jgresley@oakhall.org
•       Please bring a laptop and any materials you may feel would assist you. (Note a projector will be provided for your presentation).

I would like to register for the Leadership Institute Case Study Competition. Participation in the Case Study Competition is a full day commitment on Monday, March 31, 7:30am-3pm. We will be at the Santa Fe College Blount Center in downtown Gainesville. Participants will be excused for the day and will be able to take part in any after school artistic and athletic events taking play after school. (transportation and meals provided).(Required)
